Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the Voltavo online store, operated by Voltavo, Daden Oaks Dr, Brampton, Ontario L6P 3R8, Canada ("Voltavo", "we").

1. The product

We sell a 12V jump starter with a tire inflator, USB power bank and LED light, made by a third-party factory in China. Voltavo is a retailer, not the manufacturer. Specifications marked "supplier-listed" come from supplier listings and have not been independently verified; results depend on battery condition, engine size and temperature. Use the product only on 12V lead-acid vehicle batteries, following the safety instructions on our product page and in your vehicle owner's manual.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include free shipping. Taxes that apply are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors; if an order was placed at a wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item can't be shipped to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

See our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your state or province.

5. Safety

Follow the safety instructions on our product page and in your vehicle owner's manual. Connect red to the positive (+) terminal and black to the negative (−) terminal, or to bare engine metal if your vehicle's manual says so. Don't use a unit that is swollen, damaged or hot when idle; contact us instead.

6. Reviews

Reviews on our site come from customers. We don't edit them to change their meaning, and we publish negative reviews as well as positive ones. Reviewers who received a free product are labelled.
