30-day returns, for any reason
If you're not happy with your jump starter, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund of the product price.
How it works
- Send us your order number through our contact page.
- We reply within 1 business day with the next step. Lithium batteries need special handling, so depending on where you live we'll either email you a prepaid return label or refund you without asking you to send the unit back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo or a short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover any return shipping.
Warranty claims after 30 days
After the return window, defects in materials and workmanship are covered by our 1-year limited warranty. It explains what's covered, what isn't (such as accidents, misuse or connecting the clamps the wrong way round) and how to make a claim.
Please don't
Please don't post a lithium battery back to us without contacting us first. It has to travel by an approved ground service.
