Free tracked shipping to the US and Canada
Every order ships free, with tracking, to addresses in the United States and Canada.
When it arrives
- Processing: 2 to 4 business days.
- Delivery: usually 8 to 15 business days after shipping.
Your product page shows an estimated delivery range before you buy. Delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners, not guarantees.
Lithium batteries can only travel by approved battery-safe services. That's why we can't offer express shipping, and why we don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US and Canada.
Duties and taxes
If a carrier asks you to pay duties, import taxes (such as GST/HST) or a customs-clearance fee (brokerage or handling) on a Voltavo order, contact us with the receipt and we'll refund the full amount. Any sales tax we're required to collect is shown at checkout.
Tracking
We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If your order is late
If we can't ship within the time we promised, we'll email you a new date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Arrives part-charged
For safety, lithium batteries ship part-charged. Charge it to full when it arrives, before you rely on it.
