Voltavo 1-Year Limited Warranty
Who is covered: the original purchaser of a jump starter bought from the Voltavo online store.
What is covered: defects in materials and workmanship of the jump starter and the accessories that come with it (jump clamps, air hose, nozzle adapters and charging cable) under normal use.
How long: 12 months from the delivery date shown in your tracking.
What we will do: at our choice, replace the product with the same or an equivalent model, or refund the price you paid. A claim costs you nothing. If we need the unit back, we'll email you a prepaid label for an approved ground service; otherwise we'll resolve the claim without asking you to send it. We pay the shipping on any replacement. A replacement is covered for the rest of the original 12 months or 90 days, whichever is longer.
What is not covered: damage from accidents, misuse, use on systems other than 12V, connecting the clamps the wrong way round, water or fire damage, opening or modifying the unit, and loss of capacity from leaving the unit fully discharged for long periods.
How to make a claim: contact us through our contact page with your order number, a short description and a photo or 20-second video of the problem. We reply within 1 business day. Please don't post a lithium battery to us without our instructions.
Your rights: this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province. Nothing in this warranty limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
